1Acceptance & scope

By using spteammiller.com, submitting a request, or enrolling in our text-messaging program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The site is operated by SERVPRO® Team Miller, a group of independently owned and operated SERVPRO franchises.

2Text messaging (SMS) terms

Our messaging program operates as two separate campaigns, service/transactional and marketing, each with its own opt-in:

• Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of requesting service.
• Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
• Text STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, and START to re-subscribe.
• Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

How your mobile information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, including that we do not share or sell mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing.

3Use of the site & intellectual property

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it. “SERVPRO,” the SERVPRO house logo, “Like it never even happened.®,” and related marks are trademarks of Servpro Franchisor, LLC, used by Team Miller under franchise license. Site content is owned by Team Miller or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

4Service requests are not contracts

Submitting the contact form is a request for service, not a binding contract. Any work performed is governed by the signed work authorization and agreement entered into with the relevant Team Miller operating entity, which controls the scope, pricing, and terms of the actual services.

5Disclaimers, limitation of liability & indemnity

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Miller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. You agree to indemnify Team Miller against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

6Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Work performed in other states may be subject to additional terms under the agreement with the entity performing that work.
